Depending on the urgency and location of the damage, it is possible for us to handle emergency work within the same day. This might not always be the case, but we do our very best to handle these jobs in a timely manner!
We require payment from the client upon completion of the work, and clients are then reimbursed from their insurance companies. We’re willing to work with our clients and answer any questions you may have regarding insurance claims!
In some cases during a major weather event, a deposit may be required for new leads prior to work being done. Talk to your Arborist for more information, as each situation is different!
